3rd strike and you're out! I should've stopped at 1! After my canine has been vaccinated twice with rabies even though I gave them the record and specifically told them what vaccine I wanted. The second time around the receptionist ask if I've been helped, told her no. Even though I have scheduled my appointment have the records telling her what I want done Junior Wellness Panel Blood and UA for my canine and what I do not want to be done due to his medical condition. I just had to leave when she said okay so what are you here for twice.

My puppy Clyde started going to the office at 7 weeks when he broke his leg. We were in there almost weekly because I swear he just chewed his cast off or got into something to see his ladies! I truly feel like they really care about you and your animal! I will never take Clyde anywhere else. He loves Paige and for good reason, she is awesome! I always tell him that he is going to see his girlfriends every nail trim! They are also super affordable and I have never had an issue making an appointment and getting right in! Highly recommended ️️️

I purchased a puppy from TownPets and was told I needed to come to this Vet within 10 days and her examination would be free. When I called to set up this appointment the lady on the phone Katie was so horrible, I told her I couldn’t hear her she dismissed it like it wasn’t important but didn’t attempt to adjust her volume or headset. She sounds like she hates her job and it truly showed. When we made it to the location it was a ghost town inside no one at the front desk we stood there for 7 minutes before someone came out yelling the incorrect dog name but trying to get our attention. After the third time of calling my dogs by the wrong name she finally got it right. When we entered the examination room they wanted all of my information and when I told them I had a vet on the phone and in person and then tried to charge me and apparently that is what the paper is for. The Doctor was great however.

Ive been taking my golden retriever here since she was 9 weeks old. She is now 6. They are super flexible with scheduling! They are open late and almost no wait time! The fees are reasonable as well! They are always very friendly and attentive! I couldn't be happier with this place!
