Do not use this absolute horrible place. They make you believe you get YOUR pets ashes and paw print but in the case of my daughter, she got the paw print of a different cat so about 100% certain also not her cats ashes but somebody else's. we had 6 animals supposedly cremated by them before but now have little faith they are actually ours. Unfortunately we lost another pet recently and i can guarantee you pet memorial services did not get their incompetent hands on that baby. I understand all pet crematorium can tell you whatever they want to make you feel good, no way you can prove what ashes you have, but when it comes down to a paw print, and specifically of a cat with an extra toe on each paw, then it is easily recognizable that it is not the paw print of your baby. he did not miraculously go from huge 5 toed paws to tiny 4 toed paws. My daughter now has to deal with the face that besides losing Ace, she has nothing left of him but pictures, no ashes, no paw print. The facility manager then replies to her review saying he is sorry their service was not up to her expectation and he would like to learn more about it, Really? We have been emailing up and down for days and the last they said their services were up to their standards. Really now, what do you guys do, collect mourning pet owners money, buy steaks, have a nice barbecue and put some ashes in a bag to give back? Stay away from them unless you want to be fooled.

In this sad situation of losing our loved pet, the staff made my kids and I feel extremely comforted when we dropped off our pet. Our pet passed sudden and was our first passing of a pet so it was extremely hard for me as a mother and parent. Once I called around a few places, this pet memorial service made me feel comfortable on the phone despite my pouring tears and cracking voice. When I got there, they gave me as much time with my dog as I needed and walked through the steps at my pace. It was a good experience under the circumstances and I appreciate everything that they done. They also gave me support material that was extremely nice and helpful to understand the grieving process.

Pet Memorial Services helped make the most difficult moments of my life a little more manageable. My best friend passed away suddenly in December of 2017. I knew I wanted to do a witnessed cremation, but could not find a place nearby that I felt confident in. I reached out to a friend who is a vet, and she shared the name of Pet Memorial Services, which is about two hours from my home. I wanted to be with my girl the entire time, and to be certain that I received her ashes, and I am so, so glad that I went with Pet Memorial Services, because I was able to have that assurance. The kind staff at Pet Memorial Services treated my girl with so much respect - and they were so gentle. We did a private witnessed cremation, and we had time to say goodbye to her in a beautiful, private room before the cremation. We were able to watch the door to the crematorium the entire time through a window, and there was a separate connected room with comfortable furniture. My husband, sister, and parents came with me, and we were all able to sit comfortably while we waited. I stayed by the window the entire time, and while it was incredibly difficult and heartbreaking, I can truly say given the circumstances, it was the absolute best scenario (even better than I expected). My beloved girl came home with me that day. My other special dog passed away unexpectedly just eight months later, and I was so thankful that we knew to call Pet Memorial Services. We brought her there and said our goodbyes, and we were so thankful that she was treated with respect, dignity, and care. Being able to witness the cremation of my girls has given me so much closure during such difficult times. My pets mean the world to me, and I am so glad that our goodbyes to them were handle with such love and care. The staff at Pet Memorial Services is wonderful and it is clear that they genuinely care about animals, too. Thank you for making the two most difficult times of my life a little easier.
