JOHN PEDERSEN a technician in this dealership has misdiagnosed my car and charged me 299 and 380 ( 2 SEPERATE TIMES IN A PERIOD OF 1 MONTH) for the same symptom and did not fix my car. I brought my car to another ford dealership and they diagnosed and fixed my car properly. DO NOT GO TO THIS DEALERSHIP FOR SERVICE. THE INCOMPETENCE OF THEIR TECHNICIANS WILL COST YOU MORE MONEY.

I worked with Dan , I called ahead and told him the truck that I wanted to look at. He had the truck ready for my test drive, we both wore masks and keep our distance in the office. We came to a deal and all went fine. I drove 40 miles to go to Haggerty and will do it again for my next truck.

Outstanding transaction. John (salesman) handled the test drive and all questions with professionalism and low pressure. Once I showed interest, they worked with several banks for my financing and got me fantastic rates. Lou (general manager) got involved at the very end and re-evaluated my trade to make the deal work. All and all it was a great experience and I HIGHLY recommend this dealership. Being a more senior person, I have purchased many vehicles, and this was by far one of the best experiences. Thanks Lou and John. As a side note……I really like the car too! In times when things look bleak, its nice to find an honest and customer focused company. Haggerty Ford is one of those companies.
