This was the most amazing dentist office I have ever been too! From the sanitation, friendliness of everyone and the doctor. My son is so scared of the dentist and Dr. Houston was so patient and kind. Dr Houston is personable and professional and will be our family dentist for life! It helps she also gives a painless shot!!

It was my first time coming to this dentist and I must say I was extremely impressed with their procedures and facilities, specially when it comes to protect patients against COVID. Temperature check as now is normal and even a clean pen bin and a used pen bin for signing up. Every room has a magnetic door divider so there is no open space from patient to patient. And the technology they had for my X-rays was so cool and also it wasn’t painful like I have seen in the past. The staff was so kind and knowledgeable when I had questions about the tools and their procedures. I will definitely recommend this place 100% and I can honestly say I can’t wait to go back when it’s my time again to get my teeth check.

This place should be called West Cobb Used Car Sales Office. I went in this morning for a basic exam and cleaning and before anyone had done anything, the x-ray technician asked if I had ever had a Deep Cleaning before...something I hadn't heard of. Then once in the chair, the doc made a sales pitch for a deep cleaning for two small areas of my teeth. I asked her how much it costs and she said she didn't know, but that she would bring in Margaret, their lead sales person (or business manager or something). The doc then told Margaret \he's concerned about cost.\ Ummm...I'm not concerned about cost, I just want to know how much a procedure costs. Being informed isn't being concerned. Margaret is good at sales, I'll give her that. She told me about my risk of heart disease and diabetes if I failed to get this done and that with amazing discounts they bake in, I'd only be looking at 900. Oh by the way, I'll also need to start coming for quarterly visits and more cleanings at cost as well. I told Margaret that I'd like some time to research the procedure and asked if I could still get my regular cleaning. She said if I got the regular cleaning then I wouldn't get as good of a discount on my deep cleaning later. Ugh. When I persisted, she said she didn't know if the doctor could still perform the regular cleaning ethically because of her oath. I felt like I was in a used car dealership the entire time and that they were condescending, unethical and worst of all, I still haven't had my teeth cleaned. Luckily my insurance pays for two exams a year, so I can get a second opinion. I will never use this place again.

Dr. Aguilera is quite thorough. Prior to covid the office had hygiene measures already in place. They have really stepped up their protocols. The staff are polite and helpful. Dr. Aguilera explains everything she doing quite well. My son had a filling done at the office. He had to go back several times to get his bite adjusted. Dr. Aguilere was patient with him and worked hard to get it right before he left for college. I don't think him having to go back is Doc's fault. He doesn't express himself well to medical professionals then he will get home and mention whatever the issue is to me.
