Needed some duffel bags really fast for a trip to Vegas. Ordered the Leather Duffel Bag from Classy Leather and not only did I receive my package in less than a week, I was also 100% satisfied with the quality and style. The buckle in the front of the bag is a snap on that comes off very easily and will most likely get lost in transit. I would definitely recommend this product.

I needed a bag for work. My previous bag was great, but old and finally unusable. I thought this would be a great buy. Once it arrived, it was everything I imagined. I have never in my life dealt with a company with such INCREDIBLE customer service. Not only are they extremely quick with their responses, but so kind and helpful. I ordered a laptop bag for a friend for a birthday gift. When it arrived, I was so impressed with the quality, I immediately ordered my dad the leather weekender/overnight bag and the matching toiletries bag. There was slight confusion with the wording of the packing slip when the overnight bag arrived. It indicated that both the overnight and toiletries bag had arrived. I sent an email to question and WITHIN 2 HOURS had a response that it wasn’t in the same box and would ship soon. Unfortunately, I wasn’t able to wait (I live in PA and needed to mail the gift to LA) and asked if the toiletries bag could be canceled. I swear.... within FIVE MINUTES of sending the request, I had received an apology email and notification that I had received the requested refund. The quality of their product and the customer service of this company will never be matched. You can’t go wrong purchasing anything from them!!!!

Where to start? My experience with this company so far has been very good. Products are VERY well made, have a nice weight, feel, look and that leather scent is pure heaven... I ordered a messenger bag. The bag has a rich, reddish brown color, like cherry wood. The brass is also heavy and antiqued. The inside is actually probably large enough to hold three laptops in fuliy separate compartments, which are all lined with heavy canvas. The entire bag is heavy stiched, NOT glued. Order took nine days to receive from the time the order was placed. From Rajasthan to Arizona that is EXTREMELY impressive..... I have placed an order for a duffel bag also I can't wait to see what that one looks like.
