Tired of navigating the labyrinth of digital voices of. tech support, give them a call and same yourself grief. My. printer stopped working suddenly, just when I had to get an important document in the mail. Joe was kind enough to print it for me for free. It was a small kindness, but an important one for me. I'll be going here from now on whenever tech support chatrooms and digital responses make me want to toss my. computer at the wall. Thanks, Joe!

Got to say thanks. U saved my day:) I was looking for a convenient print store around DMV. The CVS photo directed me to the boiler tech place from name which looks like an alumnus. Right, he is :) and by emailing him the doc, he got my print copy ready right way. What a fast and enjoyable tech stop it is? No doubt he can do other things well with computer! By the way, since I am in a rush to get the copy to DMV, he didn’t charge me a penny, even though it is not a big deal. Thanks very much and definitely recommend the business with him!

I cannot recommend this place highly enough! They do not up charge and they go out of their way to help you as much as possible. I brought my MacBook Pro in this morning because it had completely crashed and wouldn’t restart. They spent time looking up my laptop, found a recall from Apple, and gave me the number to call as well as a list of information about the recall. They also checked out my external hard drive that wasn’t working and gave me a new cord. This was all completely free of charge! I was about to buy a brand new laptop and they saved me 1500!

My wife's iPhone 6 recently died completely and couldn't be charged leaving her almost frantic, since everything is on her phone. We decided to try Boiler Tech Solutions in W. Lafayette (behind the old MCL) and avoid the AT & T store nearby, since they would just sell us a new phone costing hundreds of dollars. For only 70 tax, they installed a new battery with a 90-day warranty the same day. I drove back and picked it up around 6:30 p.m. after just dropping it off over lunch. Needless to say, everything was on the iPhone and nothing was lost thanks to daily automatic backups to the iCloud and BTS. We're definitely fans of Joe, the owner at BTS now! Give them a try. You won't be disappointed...
