Absolutely amazing experience...they had us in and and out within an hour. I had my 2 young children and they were incredibly kind, professional and skilled. So glad to have found such a wonderful service department

I did give a 1 star review, due to a bad experience when taking my vehicle to the service department, after a scheduling a second visit. Oscar took care of the problem with the balancing on my 2020 Mazda 3. Unfortunately he wasn't there when I went previously and I had an issue with a simple basic oil change and tire rotation. Regardless of Oscar being there to take care of service customers, when delivering a vehicle they need to make sure is sanitize and not smelling like you just came back from the fast food drive through.

#Mazda #SoulRed is the best red on the road. And its a zippy crossover vehicle. The 2020 #CX9 captain's chair in the back are great. I really like my #SOULREDCX9 and it's fun to drive. Syncing my devices are super simple.. My sound system is insane! Most vehicles can't touch the quality of sound coming from my #BOSE system. #WESTCOTTMAZDA was easy buying experience.

We bought a Mazda 3 last Sunday. I have to say, they they did a great job working with us to get the deal done. Kudos especially to Alex, the Marketing Director who went out of his way to help. He was gracious and genteel. You don't see that very often in a car dealership! I live in Vegas, but will by my next Mazda in 2 years at Westcott! Thanks, Don
