Very poor quality toner, very expensive, and their toner ruined my 200 drum. Their "generic" toner is more expensive than genuine brother toner that is sold on eBay. I tried to support local business but man did they rip me off

These folks are awesome. The owners and staff are always friendly, funny, and helpful. Most importantly, they are super knowledgeable. Our office has been ordering from them for about a year, and at this point we would never consider buying ink elsewhere. Recently, all three of our printers stopped working within a few days of each other. These were three cheap printers we'd cobbled together before we started ordering ink from them, all different brands and having different problems. White Ink & Toner came out the same day we called and fixed one immediately, then had the other two working before lunch the next business day. The only charge was for ink replacement on one of the printers. No travel time fees, no technician fees, and no charge for a replacement cartridge that I'd been printing from for a few months (they have a 100% guarantee policy, and they said it was still pretty full, which seemed generous to me). Their prices are the same as buying online or from a box store, plus they deliver and do installation for free. If I'd bought ink from a box store and it started malfunctioning three months later, there's just no way I'd get a refund. If you do a lot of printing and you live in the Bozeman area, do yourself a favor and start ordering from these folks.

I'm a pastor, and I'm working on printing bulletins for a funeral and three different services today. My copies had some serious problems, and I wrongly concluded I needed a new drum, so I sent a parishioner to get one. The problem was still there, so I called Jeff to see if he could help me figure it out. Over the course of the next five phones we solved the problem, and Jeff chose not to charge me for the drum, even though the problem was ENTIRELY OF MY MAKING. That sort of customer service is worth a lot, and I'll be a loyal customer forever.
