Great service at an amazing price! I am operating my pool for the first time, and Louis has been very helpful and patient on what I need to do in addition to installing my liner. My pool looks awesome! Louis was easy to reach via text, and always answered in a timely manner. Def recommend!

Who Dat Pools does amazing work! They replaced my liner and it came out great. Louis was very detailed and spent a lot of time on the prep work. I have had the liner in this pool replaced a couple of times previously as well as at my previous house by other companies and none of them come close to the quality of work that Louis did. The price was very good as well!

The quality of the job seem to be okay however his attitude and professionalism needs MUCH improvement. This vendors lacks the ability to communicate effectively. He would text a statement (not a question or request for a response) and become belligerent and upset when he did not get a response to a statement. I advised him privately that his communication skills were off, and he returned with responding to my feedback with insults. He advised me because I was \African American\ (or in his words \us complain about us\) I was complaining and that the \other people\ (meaning whites) don't give him any drama or problems. I advised Mr. Louis that I was in fact was not complaining and as a customer only giving him constructive feedback. This vendor was cheaper than quotes from other vendors however when I factor in the attitude and lack of adequate communication I literally paid the same price in FRUSTRATION. I would not recommend this vendor to ANYONE.
