Frenchy Junk

It's not what you would expect with a service that has supposedly very good reviews. The softwear has such an old user interface and the company an un-flexible company policy after cancelling. They force you to sign a 12 month agreement for their services and once the 1st month is up you can no longer back out without having to pay the full amount for the futur time frame upfront. There are many other services with much easier user interfaces then this one, it's so complicated to use that even my team couldn't figure it out without their help and we work in the IT space. Too much learning curve for a growing company and they add fees to every call even though you're not over the amount of minutes purchased. It's too bad but this company is definitely not worth working with if you're looking to grow and have a simple call record service for your business. Pass!
