Went in for a few items, one was a shower base. Employees were very helpful, never even had to look for one when we had questions, they were always close. Shower base was waiting for us at the checkout like she said it would be. Very happy with the selection of products

I like going to this Menards. The staff is always friendly and helpful. They have a wide variety of things available beyond the appliances, tools and home improvement Items that you would expect. You can pick up candy and/or a toy for your grandsons birthday, the milk your wife asked you to bring home, a new grill and the boards to fix the backyard fence all in one place. The prices are pretty good too, often even cheaper than Wally World. Everything a man (or women) could need.

I originally gave this company 4 stars. Stating that there inaccurate website was the only real issue. I later discovered however. That nearly everything I ordered was wrong. Damaged dry wall. Wrong door sizes. Lesser versions of just wrong versions of supplies I ordered. And they made me wait for 2 hours to collect my purchase. Stating that we had waited to long to pick it up, even though the store manager had asked us to wait, promising everything would remain ready for pick up. Do to a trade that they offered us... I have never changed a review before. But this was the single worst online order to store pickup experience I have ever had. I would never recommended shopping here. Go to lowes. There is one within a few miles of every Menards I know of. Same selection, same or better price. And they will work with you if they screw up. Menards defines why people so many people or moving away from super stores. Also, there delivery prices are mind boggling. Don't even bother.

Menard’s is my favorite store for home repairs and household needs- great tool selection, paint department, lumber, they have it all. Knowledgeable and friendly staff and on certain items you get a rebate. I give it 5 stars!

This my first time shopping there went for mini blinds. There was no help around it was a very stressful experience. There was this young man in a different department who found us help he was very sweet however the man who was on the phone for an extended period of time was told we needed help. After he ended that call at his desk he disappeared and when we went to find him he was helping someone else as if he had not been told we were waiting. I had to go to customer service to have someone paged before we got help. We saw this young lady asked her for help she said that she was off and kept walking. We were in the store for about an hour 1 1/2 waiting. I would rather not go back. I was able to find a good deal on washing soap but is that 3 discount worth the frustration. Absolutely not I would like to see the workers asking if people need help.
