We took our oriental rug there to be cleaned, as well as a couch. The gentleman that operates the shop is not friendly and appears not to care much. It took a long time to get them back and then when we picked them up the carpet was frizzy and I had to take scissors to it to get the rug fibers even and our couch was no cleaner than when we brought it in. When questioned about the couch he said it was as good as it was going to get without any suggestions we were extremely disappointed with his quality nor pride of work ethics. I highly encourage you to extend your search. I DO NOT RECOMMEND using this company.

They do great work; but equally important to me, they are honest and trustworthy. There are times when they have suggested ways that I could save money by doing something a little differently than what I had requested. You will not be disappointed using this family run business.

Very unprofessional and extremely expensive. Granted they did good work but they are expensive. We had them to clean the carpets in three bedrooms, family room and a stairwell. They did not quote the job, which is my fault for allowing them to do the work. The charge 5 per step in the stairwell. The total cleaning was over 300. We had homes cleaned of this size for under 150. The person who took payment even bragged about how they are more expensive then others.
