Been trying to get more info on modular homes. Gave them my email cell number and ever try to set up time to come tour the houses and no communication from there end. Guess I'll go with some other company.

I had heard so many mixed reviews I was uncertain if I should use Clayton Homes in Wilkesboro. I am so glad I did. George Barker was friendly, honest & kind throughout the entire experience. He even responded to my calls & text messages on his days off. Lane Harrell was also professional kind & courteous. George & Lane both worked hard to not only assure things were done correctly, but to also assure I was happy !!!
Friendly service, but houses are way over priced..after being asked to pay 18k down then 649 a month for 276 months. We’d be paying almost 200,000 On a 80,000 single wide..Do your research...we found a house cheaper then buying a mobile home with a better down payment and interest rate.
