I walk in and as I'm perusing the store, one of the employees-older woman, short gray hair and glasses says hello. I ask her if her store carries a kit/set of bartender tools. She says with complete confidence that they don't carry what I'm looking for. I couldn't believe that they didn't have a set for sale, so even though I didn't want to buy the items separately, I asked her to show me where I can find the individual pieces anyway. She walks me to them... and what do I find right before me...3-4 sets/kits of bartender tools. Either she's not aware of her inventory, or she lied to me. Either way, I figured this is why Amazon is destroying the brick and mortar stores, so I ended up going online to Amazon and ordered a better set than what they had available and at a more reasonable price. Thank you Williams-Sonoma employee. I saved quite a bit of cash thanks to you!

The Falls location is closing, and the staff is AMAZING. However, I am devastated! I used to go from Pinecrest to Bal Harbor to shop at Williams Sonoma and was thrilled when The Falls opened. I will miss them here as I really don't want to go to Merrick Park.

Unfortunately the store at this location is closing. I have to go to Merrick Park from now on to get my refills for my SodaStream penguin. That is not a convenient location for me.
I visited the store today to buy a few things and itsnmy first time at this location.ive recieved outstanding service from CB and the manager was also very friendly.i will definitely return.
I was waiting in line to make a purchase and the woman behind me was called to the other side to pay. She then remarked that I was first, I thanked her and she said fair was fair. Apparently the cashier was not happy with that and proceeded to be short, and not in the mood. Mind you this is at 10 am during the holidays....so much for customer service.
