Review of 10/8/2020 Installation: We have been Century Water customers since 1997. Century Water installed a new water conditioning system to replace the old one that served us since 1997. We are extremely satisfied with the new system installed 10/8/2020 but more importantly the level of service we continue to enjoy. We highly recommend them to anyone looking for a water conditioning system to soften their well water. Review of 10/26/2020 UV Light System Installation: To complement our new new water conditioning system installed 10/8/2020 we had Century Water install a UV light system designed to sanitize our well water flowing into water conditioning system of bacteria. Our new UV light system gives us the peace of mind that the water coming from our facuets can now be used for cooking and drinking. Another great customer experience.

My experience with Century Water Conditioning was excellent. The office staff I spoke with was friendly and professional and answered all of my questions. The appointment was set up in a timely manner. A technician came out to assess my water conditioner (free of charge) and gave recommendations for reconditioning or replacement. I was able to make an informed decision and quickly schedule the work. Both technicians that came to my home (for the assessment and the actual work) were professional and followed covid safety guidelines; i.e. they wore a mask without my asking, which was not the case for many other vendors I've had in my home over the last few months. The work was completed on time and without any mess.
