Willow Creek Flooring was amazing. I went in and told them I was in a hurry to get carpet put in. Told them what I was looking for. Sales person showed me 2 samples. I loved one of them. She scheduled installation the next week. Installer was awesome as well. Great experience. Highly recommend!

We worked with Jay on having all of the flooring replaced in our house. He was very helpful in picking out the best carpeting for our needs. We have cats, so wanted to make sure the carpeting would hold up. The store has a lot of product on hand to choose from and it helped that I was able to take samples home to match colors and their prices are very competitive. Exceptional customer service. Jay is very professional, listens and works with you, and offers excellent suggestions. His crew does an outstanding job on both removing existing flooring and installing new, whether carpet or vinyl. In addition, they did an awesome job on a back splash and counter top project. We highly recommend Willow Creek, and know you will be very satisfied, as we have been.

They did not listen or communicate effectively. They installed a broken wood plank in our new wood floors. When asked about it they said it was going to be covered by trim which it wasn’t. Then when they sent someone to replace it they just cut out the cracked part with a jig saw and left the broken board in. We are not impressed with their customer service and their inability to listen to the customer and carry out the work that we were told would be done. It was as if they just wanted to finish our project and move on to the next one. Very disappointed. We will not be using them for our upcoming basement project.

I can't say enough good things about Willow Creek Flooring. We purchased carpet from them for our entire home several years ago. The cost was reasonable and the carpet quality and the installation were both top-notch.....it still looks as good as new! After such a positive experience we decided to once again go with Jay for a master bathroom/closet remodel, which includes 2 different flooring types and a large tiled walk-in shower. We couldn't be happier. Working with Jay and Krista has been super. They are both very knowledgeable and take the time to explain different products and patiently answer questions, yet are never pushy.....just the kind of people you want to work with when making big decisions!
