I put a deposit down in March for them to do an application. Well life happened so I put in for a refund I received half 2 months later now in September I still have not received the other half. Everytime I call the manager will not take my calls they always say he will call me back but never does he has told me directly that he would call me back and then ignore my calls for 2 weeks this is ridiculous. At first I thought they where good but they are not trustworthy when it comes to giving a deposit for approval and giving u a full refund. So we have been out 1000 for 6 months. If it was not for our family then I do not know where we would be due to the pandemic.
