I'm the head of IT at a tech department at UCLA, these guys are amazing. We couldn't get true high speed internet at our location from ISPs like Time Warner, Verizon, AT&T, etc. because of our location. Suckered me into a long term deal on my business (which cost about 3k in setup infastructure costs) and then raised the rates almost 2x the quote in less than a year citing higher than expected costs. Took 3 months to convert to AT&T, which is the wholesale carrier anyway, and then refused to provide the credits they promised. Now I will have to sue them to recover what was promised. These folks are crooked as heck!!!
