I purchased a used vehicle from salesperson Marina. Marina, and the manager Kevin, were great to work with. I had a trade in, and I was offered the amount I wanted without any haggling nor back and forth. From the time I took the test drive, signed paperwork, to driving away was around 2 hours. A faster process than I had expected. The vehicle I purchased was used and had an As Is Warranty. I understood this when I made the purchase and the possible risk associated. Not even 24 hrs after having the vehicle, the Check Engine light came on. I contacted the dealership to see if I had any options seeing I had the vehicle less than 24hrs. The used car sales manager Justin asked me to bring the vehicle back in for them to take a look. Justin went above and beyond to fix the issue and make things right. Bob King Mitsubishi had no responsibility as I knowingly bought the vehicle “as is”. I suspect the previous owner knew there was a pre-existing issue with the vehicle and that is why he traded it in. Justin, Marina, Kevin, and the entire Bob King team have a high level of character and genuine concern you don’t find in many businesses. I highly recommend Bob King Mitsubishi to anyone. Outstanding sales experience.

The willingness and helpfulness from the service team was awesome. The new arrangement that was offered to me was perfect. Covid19 has affected every part of my life, that arrangement made it possible for the work I needed done to my car in affordable payments over a 6 month period! Who does that??? If you enjoy being baited and switched this is the place for you! All of the "great deals" they post on their homepage are bald faced lies. That's all there is to it. If you enjoy being tricked and wasting time I can't imagine a better dealership to patronize.
I have recently purchased Brand new Outlander at Bob King Mitsubishi. Starting from initial online communications with Billy till assistance by Dominique on the car delivery day, I can only rate their process and attitude as Easy-going and Highly Professional. Was great experience. Love my new car. Went in with SUV in mind and got it. They work with u. We went in at 2:15 was out at 6pm the same day. Pleasant staff. I couldn’t recommend them enuf. Thanks Bob King.
