Visited this clinic about 3 weeks ago, as a new patient, for the sole purpose of getting a new birth control prescription. Picked this place for the amazing reviews on here but my experience has been the complete opposite. Scheduled the appointment with Dr. Gabriel but never even saw him only the nurse practitioner. The office is like a production line, it doesn't really feel like they are listening to what you say. Now, I'm stuck with a prescription with no refills. None of them gave me instructions on what to do for refills. I have been calling this office for the last 2 days and there's no one answering, just a recording asking you to leave a message and no one calls back. If you're new here like me, do yourself a favor, stay away from this place. Update: You should explain all of that stated on your reply when you have the patient in your office so they're aware that you won't be answering phone calls. I did try the nurse line and got yet another automated system asking for the same I have done for the past 2 days. It's been faster your response here than one from your office about my refill.

Good afternoon, my mom was there last week And I just wanted to say that she has had the best help from you guys and especially from the desk. My mom also said that she called the place for directions one time and a lady named \Carolynn\, I think that's what my mom said her name was. Well anyways she helped and guided my mother to the right place and the office. When she got there she was greeted like a normal person and carolynn had magnificent vocabulary and speech. This is what my mother said. She also said that this lady took care of her from step one all the way till the end when she left the building. We need more people like that in the workforce.

I really love this place. They truly care about you as a person. Also, it's rare your sitting there for long periods of time. They're quick getting you in and out but never rushed during the visit with your Doctor. I highly recommend this place.....
