This man believed that being my custody lawyer, while employing my son’s temporary foster mother as his assistant, as well as dealing with my son’s temporary foster father’s own custody case was NOT a conflict of interest.

We lost my brother in September 2020.. He had custody paperwork started for his son thru Mr Winterberg. After his sudden passing we reached out and had take over the custodial case for the child. Mr winterberg has been so amazing, working with us, explaining everything to us step by step. He has been such a big help with us to move past this tragedy and to keep my brothers little one with us. Because it is in the best interest of this child. Very very pleased with mr Winterberg such a great understanding man, easy to talk to and ask questions. He even stayed in contact with me thru email one weekend, which was his time off to help us with our case and situation. He also keeps it blunt and real with you on what he's doing and how he feels things will go case wise glad he doesn't sugar coat things.
