We were pleased with our reupholstering. Stephen reupholstered our eight dining chairs and overstuffed chair & ottoman set. The overall quality and look are very good. Discussions with Stephen on choice of fabrics and options including padding density and style of fabric were good. The dining chairs are very nicely matched, with the tucks and folds uniform across all eight seats. With the highly dense foam we chose, the work was likely a bit more difficult. The overstuffed chair is deeply folded and somewhat intricate. Again, the end-result is very nice. We are happy to have the set back. Stephen has a rather large backlog, but communication with text was good. Once our scheduled time was open, the turn-around from our dropping the seats and chair off and return were fine. But be patient, and check that the delay due to his backlog meets with your needs. We found the results worth the wait.

We recently had our couch and loveseat recovered by Steven at Winters Sewing. To say that we are happy would be an understatement. We had been looking at potentially purchasing new furniture but could not find any of the same quality as ours. We decided to have them recovered and had heard of Steven from our sister. We reached out to him and the process could not have been easier. He gave us a bid, We picked out fabric, he ordered it, we dropped it off. He Kept in touch every step of the way. Our couch and loveseat are beautiful! His attention to detail is exemplary. We now have a sofa and loveseat that is just like brand new. We had our couch reupholstered. It went from a casual, skirted, slipcover look to a clean line modern style. Stephen was easy to work with, had a good selection of fabrics to choose from, and was flexible when our schedule for the job changed.
