Truly disheartened by my experience. Treating everyone with grace and kindness during the pandemic is so important; however, some things should never happen. We make time for what is important. My appointment had been scheduled for a year and was abruptly canceled and the ‘soonest’ my doctor was available for reschedule was 5 months later as her schedule is ‘very busy.’ If establishing rapport, consistently seeing a provider, and receiving timely care is important to you, I don’t recommend this clinic. Since I couldn’t see my doctor, I did agree to see other providers; however, both times I was scheduled I checked in and waited for an hour and then was never seen and was told I was ‘misscheduled.’ Due to experiencing pain interfering with my daily functioning I decided to transfer to another practice entirely who quickly understood the importance of my situation and promptly got me in and cared for. I had also politely contacted the HHHN patient experiences office who didn’t reply to me for several months and then were dismissive, were not apologetic, and did not help me to see my provider. Sad and disheartening experience. You may walk away feeling like your provider is too busy to help you manage your important health concerns and I wouldn’t wish that feeling upon anyone. Feeling like you’re begging to see your doctor is not a good feeling.

I use to go to the south street building when I first started seeing my OB and then I wanted to be switched to the West Mountain building because the South Street building makes you wait 30minutes just to wait for the doctor. So I was switched and then they had to put me back at the South Street building because they were doing something or shutdown the West Mountain building. Anyway, nothing has changed and I waited 20 minutes in the waiting room and 30 in the room itself. I have waited a whole hour to see my doctor at the West Mountain building and she never came to the room so I had to see someone else, i was upset at the fact I drive far to go here because I live up north and they made me wait and then I never saw my doctor so someone else came and all she did was ask me how the pills were going. I was so mad. However, the ladies at the front desk are very nice and so are the doctors that’s why I gave them three stars and not two.

Very bad experience. Had an appointment scheduled 8 months in advanced to get care for several issues including pregnancy planning. Hudson Headwaters canceled randomly then said in order to see my gyn provider I’d have to reschedule to 4 months later since she was booked out. What a joke. If you’d like to feel well cared for I recommend you go anywhere else besides here. Clearly they don’t care.

everything about this practice from the front desk, support staff and technicians to the doctors and nurses is PHENOMENAL. most clinicians speak to you as if they personally know you, and many actually take the time to get to know you on that level which is so welcoming. There is consistency amongst the doctor's medical opinions so as not to create confusion for the patients, and no time spent in the office is rushed. I would give specific considerations to Dr. Ted Denious and CNM Corinne Robbins. Dr ted is personable, relatable, informative and attentive and deserves a monument in the greater capital district in his name for his regard towards women's care. Corinna is especially skilled at her job and i find great comfort in seeing her for any visits.

Doctors are fine, but their office staff has messed up multiple times in a span of 2 months I've been seeing them. They mysteriously lost an appt, their on-staff nurse never left notes for them when I called after hours and they never checked up on me on Monday as promised. They've also messed up on submitting one of my ultrasounds incorrectly, which caused for my insurance not cover the visit 100% and I wasted 1 hour of my time calling Aetna and Hudson Headwaters to figure out their mistake so that they can fix it. If I had a choice, I would choose a different provider, but I have my eyes set on the delivering at the Snuggery and I'd prefer not to have to drive 30-minutes or even an hour to Albany. If you're reading this and have any suggestions for a better OBGYN in the Queensbury, NY area, please respond to this comment if possible. I'd switch in a heartbeat.
