Had my first visit with comfort dental today. From the time I walked in, the staff was friendly. The hygienist I think her name and I might misspell it, Kazie, super awesome! I’ve had cleanings done before but this one was so thorough, she took her time and explained it all. The dentist was friendly . My son also had an appointment and his hygienist was very good, he did mention that she was very friendly and that we’ve been going to the wrong dentists our whole lives . He was happy with his cleaning and the hygienist. Thank you guys for being awesome and caring!!

Meh. I must say I was not impressed with my first visit. It seemed like amateur hour. It seems as if it was the dental techs first day, as she couldn't get the correct x-rays done on me, took her three times. Also, they kept calling me by the wrong name(??). How hard is it to read my chart? Then another tech attempts to take my BP, and the cuff is too small (I kept telling her that) and the reading was way off. They then use a wrist BP and it comes out wrong. Come to find out it needed batteries. Like I said, armature hour. Doesn't build a lot of confidence. More than likely I will return due to the fact I need work done and I need sedation and my current dentist doesn't offer it. Hopefully, they will be better once they do the actual procedure.

I always have such a great experience here! I don’t normally like the dentist, but going to Woodbridge Comfort Dental Care makes me feel at ease. They COVID procedures are wonderful, calling from your car to check in, getting your temperature checked, washing hands stations, makes it feel safe. I also LOVE working with Ashling, she explains the process of what she is doing and helps me understand dental language better to accurately describe what I have going on. She takes her time and is very diligent with my cleaning and I always feel like I’m getting the best treatment and care with her! HIGHLY recommend this dentist office!!

Yesterday was my first visit and I absolutely loved it! My hygienist and the doctor were extremely kind and thorough about any questions I had. My hygienist, Ashling, was extremely personable and I look forward to my next visit! Couldn’t recommend them more!
