My Hanitizer

This is an amazing spot. It gets five stars ratings from my kids. They had a great visit here and we were happy for them. It's one of the nicer playground in the NOVA area.

Unique, large playground! Better for 3 than toddlers, though there are a good number of bucket seat swings. The lumber looks great for being 30 years old. The structures are cool and sturdy. The ground is made of rocks. There is a sandbox filled with white sand. My kids loved it! There's not much shade over the play structures, though there is a covered pavilion with picnic tables and a couple of garbage cans. Great, free fun!

Great playground. I was a little worried when I first arrived because it looks like a lot of places for kids to hurt themselves. However they do a good job of making sure danger spots are minimized. There is a lot to do and it's fun just watching the kids explore in their first teninutes there. There are 3 shaded tables to enjoy snacks or a meal. Beware the metal parts of the fort that get super hot under direct sunlight, like the slide.
