I cannot thank Anthony at Woodcrest Motors enough for his help a few weeks ago. I reached out about a special order color truck they had sitting on the lot that I wanted to surprise my husband with and in less than a week he helped me secure financing and come up with a plan to make the surprise happen. He worked with me to get paperwork done in advance and answer all of my questions. He was honest about the truck's minor imperfections and really patient with me throughout the process. We purchased a 2015 Toyota Sienna from Woodcrest Motors. We have NEVER had such a smooth buying experience before. Gary was incredibly easy to work with. He explained the process to me over the phone before our trip to Woodcrest Motors. The deal played out just as he explained. The only \disappointment\ was that my teens didn't get to witness the sad high pressure sales experience that is typical of OTHER dealers. But, that's okay. I'll take that kind of disappointment any day! THANKS SO MUCH for the wonderful experience. We are thrilled with the van! I have absolutely no reservations about recommending this dealer to anyone!

These are great guys to deal with. Gary and Anthony treated me fair and gave me a good deal. People need to remember that this is a used car dealer. Used cars are not perfect and they may have issues. It is the buyer's responsibility to do diligent home work to know what you are buying. If this is not what you are looking for you should be buying from a dealer that offers pre own certified cars and pay way more accordingly... and even those have problems. These guys would work with you as long as you are reasonable. Love my truck!!
