HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE AND HORRIBLE. I would not recommend this organization to anyone. During an already difficult time for loved ones this organizations staff has no attention to detail. From dismissing you while making arrangements to take personal calls, asking the same crucial questions 5 times, not calling the family executor with critical questions instead calling the nursing home and receive no answers for over a week....call them and hear "Oh, I am so glad you finally called" all of which was holding up the process in receiving the final certifications with incorrect information. Yes they may be one of the most economical options when losing a loved one unexpectedly but I can assure you it has costs me more trying to deal with their unprofessional mistakes and lack of diligence when providing services. DO NOT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE AND CHOSE ANOTHER FUNERAL HOME OR CREMATORIUM
