I have been coming to Strongside for a month now, I'm not going to lie it was very challenging at first and I attended the gym regularly prior. But to be honest I think this is what my body needed was a change, The staff is awesome, and Mitch makes sure you're doing every move correctly and getting the most out of the workouts. The facility is super clean and very organized. Everyone should try it, you will not be disappointed.
Everyone at this gym is always super helpful and attentive. Always making sure things are sanitized and up to standard in this present COVID world!
