I ordered a fireplace insert online, only to discover when it arrived that it was 3 inches too tall for the masonry opening. It was going to cost more than 100 to ship it back. I took it to Wright Brothers and let Ken take a look. I left it with him and 4 hours later he had it ready, looking as if it had just arrived from the factory and exactly the size I needed for a perfect fit. On top of that, it cost me way less than the return shipping would have cost me. These guys have awesome skills and deliver superlative customer service! Texarkana is lucky to have them.
