I personally did not have a good experience to begin with. I looked at the 2018 Mazda 6 signature edition. I was told by one of the employees (Nick) that the price was 23,000. I even emailed him asking to confirm the price because it was different to what I saw online. (No reply there). Since he confirmed on the phone, We drove from Michigan to come take a look at the car. We were interested in the car. Even before the test drive I confirmed the price and he told me 23,000 there at the dealership. After all the test drive and he comes up with the price of 23,700 (no taxes and fees included), completely different from what he had been telling me thus far. I am shocked at that price difference. He casually tells me oh the manager has increased the pricing and he didn't know about it. He was very unprofessional about it too. He also mentioned that I should have rather taken a look at the ad properly next time before I drive down there. What kind of pricing was that? Yes I saw the ad and it had a different pricing that's why I checked with him multiple times for which he repeatedly said 23,000. If possible avoid doing business here. I really hope this review helps them to do better and also few customers who might drive like me for an hour to have such a bad experience.
