Disclaimer I did not hire this law firm but only because they don’t provide the type of service I need. I had called lawyers all over the Phoenix area and none were as nice, professional, and responsive as this law firm. They listened intently to my issue and brought it to one of their lawyers right away to see if it was something they could take. I spoke personally with Janet (lead intake specialist) and she was wonderful to work with. Would highly recommend to anyone who needs the type of services they provide.

Heather and Janet were both very responsive when I called to seek information about my son, who was arrested during a protest for reasons that remain unclear. I was travelling in a far away state to take care of my aging parents and make the very difficult decision to help them move to an assisted living environment. I was so flabbergasted to find out that my son, who is very kind, gentle and happy, was arrested and was in jail! I called to find out information and the entire law firm was reaffirming, direct, clear and kind. My son's case is still not completely resolved but I believe we are in good hands.
