Dr Hao and her staff are very caring and helpful. I have been seeing her for almost 2 years, both for acupuncture and western medicine. She is very well informed and a great listener. Very kind and professional trying to find the best solutions for my aliments. I highly recommend her.

Over 15 years and a hand full of doctors that couldn’t help me until I found Dr. Hao. I started seeing Dr. Hao in November 2019 and it’s now August 2020 and I feel and look better than I ever have. With hypothyroidism and hashimotos it has been a huge struggle to lose weight and feel energetic but Dr.Hao has made this possible. Several of my family members and friends are now seeing her and are just as pleased with how they feel. Dr. Hao‘s assistant and office staff are amazing. I highly recommend her to anyone I talk too. Thank you Dr. Hao and staff for making me feel great again!!!!!

The staff is extremely nice it’s the actual doctor that is not nice . Has attitude issues , seems nice but has a bad side ...and seems to only want you fo your money or to do test after test . Go somewhere else .

I've been under her care for over a year. Blood work etc supplements.. Well I was hoping her bedside manner would become warmer, but it didn't. I recently had an appointment, needed paperwork filled out because of a chronic condition that can come back anytime. She was cold and heartless! I recently have been traveling to and from (FL-CT )for the last 6 months because my mother was dying (deceased 12 /15/19) and my father undergoing treatment for bladder Cancer.. She refused to fill paperwork out and help me through just a difficult year. She will not do more than one thing for you in a sitting, she wants her visit charge. I've spent over a thousand dollars to her and her office. All I wanted was to be seen, blood work done and paperwork filled out, so I left in tears.. is there any doctors out there anymore that just cares about there patients! In search of a doctor that cares... P.s I was in her office in June.. let's see the math, says 6 months ago and still has no ️!

Very rushed meetings with the doctor, terrible customer service, and they're constantly trying to take your money. Where do I start? After paying over 800 for two 10 minute office visits, one test, and two different supplements (one of which made me sick) I was still at square one. I've had to basically self diagnose and treat myself, and now thanks to me, I'm on the road to recovery. Each office visit was very rushed. I spent more time with the girl who checked my blood pressure and heartbeat than I did the doctor. After my second appointment, I had some questions to ask the doctor, so I called. The office has this ridiculous policy of sending the doctor a brief email instead of allowing me to talk to the doctor for a few minutes... However, they said I can schedule a phone consultation for 150 lol... Ok, no thanks. I don't care how busy the doctor is, as a paying customer, Dr. Hao should be able to dedicate some time in her day to take some phone calls free of charge. Other doctors offer that service, so I don't see why she can't. It really left a bad taste in my mouth. Finally, I tried to return a 72 probiotic that was making me feel sick, and they said since I took a few pills, I couldn't return it... However, they said I can come in and pay 150 to talk to the doctor about MAYBE getting a refund LOL. So ridiculous it's laughable! I'm a business owner and know that it's always beneficial to offer my customers great service. I would've given my customer a full refund of 72 especially since that same customer already paid 800. Now they lost a customer and they got a negative review that will probably steer some people away from their poorly-ran office. This doctor's office has the wrong approach and seems very cold and unhelpful. I suggest you look elsewhere for a more friendly office that has a doctor who's not all about the money.
