My best friend suddenly lost someone very close to her, and I wanted to send her flowers in a pinch. Zeidler’s was able to place my order and deliver it to her doorstep in a matter of hours. I was able to do everything online, but managed to goof that up- when I called the store, the woman I spoke to was kind and quick to help me correct the situation. You may pay a little bit more than some of the larger online companies, but I would do it every time.

I placed an order for a planter to be sent for a friend’s funeral. Since I couldn’t attend the funeral, I asked for a picture so I can see the arrangement.. it was nothing like the website picture, the arrangement was significantly smaller .. I wanted the planter to be “tall” and had upgraded to their deluxe version.. when I called to complain, the manager, misty, did call back and i told her I had upgraded to the deluxe version and reminded her that per their website, the arrangement had more flowering plants and is much taller, she said they will re make the planter , and once again I asked for a picture .. they did not send it, I called the next day and they sent it then ... they did add a second flowering plant (African violet) but it was still much smaller than what the website shows .. I was charged over 100 for the planter and it’s a huge disappointment! I do have to say that allie, who took my phone call and the manager were courteous and apologetic.. they just need to train the designers to make the arrangement per their website and if they have to substitute, the plants should at least be comparable ... Thanks for the respond to my review.. I never did receive the 4.19 email with the picture! Doesn’t matter now! But in regards to the number of plants, per the website, at least 7 plants were used for the arrangement, and I don’t think 7 were used in my planter .. I retired from the floral business so I understand the industry very well.. I did not have any problems when the total came up to over 100, but where the problem lies is the misrepresentation of the product! Very disappointing! Future customer beware!
Placed my order late in the day and was blessed to have it delivered before 5 pm the same day. I was so surprised and happy because this really made my daughter's day. Thank you so very much.
Wedding flowers from Zeidlers turned out beautiful! I really wanted daffodils for my wedding, and Randi made the bouquets, boutonnieres, and cake flowers exactly how I had dreamed they would be!
