I've rented from Zukin for more than five years, and they've always been very responsive to any maintenance issues. Recently, we had to have a bathroom partially renovated due to mold from a faulty exhaust fan, and they were on it within a day. All of their maintenance crew and subcontractors are always helpful, friendly, and courteous, too.

After working with Chris for some time in finding the right apartment, he was very helpful in the accommodations and move in process. He was patient and professional when helping us search for a great location and since move in, he's been responsive and helpful. We also worked with Jailyn while Chris was on vacation and she was there for us to view an apartment for a final time and honestly answer any questions we had. Both of these employees were very helpful throughout our entire experience and I can't recommend Zukin enough!

For my first renting experience Zukin has been really awesome! Jailyn Adams has been our realtor and she has always answered my emails very timely! When we moved into our apartment we were shocked with how clean it actually was already and we did not have to do too much extra cleaning. There was a few things that needed to be fixed but Zukin fixed them very quickly for us! Moving in is never super easy but they have made it easy for me and my two roommates with our first apartment!
