My sister and her boyfriend have lived here only a few months. I just visited them and when I got there they discovered a roach infestation in their unit. On top of this, they had to move their dishwasher (in preparation for treatment) and it certainly has never been moved before considering how much stuff was underneath it!!! They moved in during Covid so things should’ve been cleaned above and beyond!!! There should not have been one square inch that wasn’t cleaned properly prior to new tenants moving in!!! This is the craziest thing I’ve ever witnessed.

I moved in a few months ago. The apartment was definitely not deep-cleaned before we moved in. We have a roach infestation and because of this have recently discovered filth and grime underneath appliances like the dishwasher and oven. We are requesting an intensive extermination and replacements for our appliances, as the exterminator told us today that he’s afraid the roaches are “living inside the refrigerator”. I feel incredibly disgusted in my own home today, in a time where I work from home and can’t escape. Also, almost none of the tenants here abide by mask-wearing rules, and therefore using the amenities feels completely unsafe. COVID is a hard time for us all, but the way these issues have been handled is extremely upsetting to me and my partner. We’re very clean people who take good care of our space. I recommend others find another place to live at this time. Deep cleaning should always be important but especially during COVID, it should be paramount. Clearly that’s not the case.

When I first moved in, I loved this place. The amenities are great, however I am not fond of the parking and the new parking rules. We don't even have a callbox to let deliveries or guests within the gate but they expect them to park on the 6th floor as overflow parking and if there isn't a callbox how are you going to get a boot removed if parked within the gate? I don't think this was thought out properly and hoping things change within the upcoming months.

I wish it was two parking spots per apartment and the wall weren’t so thin but overall I love it here. So much to do in the building and how residents only have access to it.
