I recently moved into Bell Perimeter and was helped by Martin Ramirez. When I say that Martin goes over and beyond for you, I mean it! I was a bit nervous as I had been approved, but hadn't seen my apartment yet. Martin understood this and took his time (in the rain) to show me around the property and to my new apartment, which exceeded my expectations. Having a nice apartment is great, but having a great leasing staff is even more important in my opinion. Martin is AWESOME! Bell Partners, give Martin a PROMOTION and a RAISE! He definitely deserves it! He is thorough, kind, understanding, and a hard worker!

!!!!EDIT:I AM SO SICK AND TIRE OF THE F’N FIRE ALARM GOING OFF AT RANDOM TIMES!!! IT IS SOOOOO LOUD AND ANNOYING AND A HAZARD TO RESIDENTS! Last week the alarm went off at about 2 or 3 a.m. I got up to evacuate and it was no fire... just the alarm going off for almost an hour. Everything below still stands. I won’t drag them but they need to fix this issue and clean the hallways bc like I said below, they’re filthy! The location is perfect with a lot of shopping and restaurants nearby. Everyone at the leasing office is so friendly. I have a view of the courtyard (that I will miss because I’m transferring to a larger unit) and it’s so peaceful and relaxing to look at from my sofa or bed. It’s quiet here and I haven’t had any issues. The kitchen is nice and big with tons of cabinet space. The bathroom is huge and has a nice big tub and a lot of counter space. The bedroom and living room both have a ceiling fan which keeps it nice and cool. The units are extremely, nice, spacious, and clean... although not major, it would be nice to have new carpet in the hallways of the buildings. PAMELA BROWN is the BEST!!! She answers all emails and calls PROMPTLY!!! She really knows what she’s doing and knows how to make you feel at ease during what can be a stressful time! She has made the transition to my new unit so easy! During Covid pandemic, the property really worked with residents. They sent out emails letting tenants know that they were willing to work with them if they had loss of income to make sure they wouldn’t lose there residence as well - I thought that was great! However, one thing they need is a freight elevator. The largest piece of my sectional got dirty when it was moved to my apartment via the stairs bc it wouldn’t fit on the elevator. Also, my maintenance issues were answered promptly!

Tommie did an awesome job fixing quite a few issues I had randomly pop up on a Friday morning. He's courteous, efficient, and so sweet! I highly recommend him for any maintenance issues you may have.

I have yet to move in, however I truly hope when my lease is up on my current place there is an apartment available here. You can tell that this complex is here to give the tenants a great living experience. Also, the leasing agent martin was unbelievably helpful!

Come to visit and this is what guest has to see when they get off of the elevators. Paying 1700 a month and management and owners are doing nothing about this. Infestation of roaches on the walls. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE
