When I first took a tour of the complex I thought it was very nice, the grounds are well kept but they were definitely on the pricey side. I was given a quote for a 2 bedroom apartment that was available immediately. After I applied and was approved, I was given the paperwork and it was over 250 more than what I was originally told it was going to be. A price that was definitely out of my means as a single mom. When I asked why the price fluctuated, Elizabeth told me it was because of supply and demand. Although there are not many apartment complexes in the area, for what they are asking for in rent and utilities, you can rent a house for. Not to mention, I was insulted because I expressed that it was something I was not able to afford, I was immediately told that they are not section 8. Obviously when I applied they could see based on my credit and finances that I wasn’t even section 8 qualified. So just cause I couldn’t afford their overpriced apartment doesn’t mean I’m poor. I just think that if they quote you on an apartment, they should honor that price. Not spike it up cause they are greedy and want to get more money if not with you, someone else. Because of them not honoring that original rate, I lost out on 250 for the application and processing fee. Something is not right about that. Luckily I’ve worked with the US Attorney’s Office and if anything I can have them look into violations of the fair housing act. If this is how they do business then you can only imagine (and read reviews and warning below) on how they conduct business as a landlord to their tenants.

DO NOT MOVE HERE the office is very rude and not helpful. My family was hit hard with Covid and they where very rude to us . They said they would work with me I put in my notice and they would not honor it like they said they would ended up with a huge bill . They will rip you off in a second . They are sarcastic and will be nothing but rude . I tried to work with them but they can care less They ignored my emails and calls when I told the lady at the front I have been trying to figure out what was going on and no one has responded she said well you don’t get it and there was nothing for us to respond to you about . They just ignored me . Just be careful because they will slap you with a bunch of fees and won’t even explain. .
