We absolutely love our new Kyocera printers. Printing in color has never looked so good! The address book is very streamline and easy to maintain. We highly recommend 360's product line.

The Kyocera copiers and printers I leased from 360 DS are astonishing! I tend to print lengthy documents, and the output speed is unsurpassed. 360 provides excellent customer service as well. They even send out technicians to ensure you have enough supplies and to perform preventative maintenance. I doubt there's a better option for a managed print service in the area.

360 Document Solutions Tech and phone support has been very good. Response time is very good. I assume the machines at the buildings were good when school was out end of May. From my stand point in district office...if I don't hear from the buildings regarding their machines...no news is good news. Appreciate your customer care and support! Thanks, Kaye

Mark, I just wanted you to know that our wireless router went out so I needed to replace it with a new one. Obviously with our systems here that was not something I could do without assistance. Your tech helped me getting our computers working with the new router plus getting the copier synced up to scan and copy properly. He was very patient and very knowledgeable to get us up and running again, and I’m sure went past his normal working hours to get us going. I just wanted you to know I appreciate his help and that you have a good man working for you who is very courteous and helpful. The Kyocera copier is working great, so that is one less stress to be consuming my day! As you know we were a customer of Xerox National before and were extremely dissatisfied with their support.
