Good service, punctuality and quality at work. Toby is an excellent person and his employees are very friendly and respectful, an excellent job in the playground of my daycare, first quality materials, I have recommended him to all my friends and they have been delighted with the work he has done.
We needed to replace an old playground for a new one in our community and remove the mulch and install synthetic grass. We got great service from Toby and everything was delivered on time. We rate them an A company.
I had to redo the entire job Toby did for me. He did not level the ground nor did he even have all the tools to do the job. There were multiple seams with gaps over an inch between them and others overlapping. Either he doesn’t know how to do the job correctly or he doesn’t care about the quality of his work. It looked terrible. He also took my shovel from my backyard. I understand this could have easily been a mistake. After many attempts to contact him, he finally answered and promised to come back and make corrections. It has been several months now and he has failed to return as promised. Not a good contractor and at this point in time a thief, as he has refused to return my personal property after being notified multiple times.
Exelent work, the kids love the playground, and the swing, thank you Toby for the good sevice, if we need anything in the future wil give you a calle.
