I've been bringing my vacuums here for over 25 years, and it is wonderful. It is a true, old-fashioned workshop and you wonder how anything is found in the storage bins but...it all works. The owner is unfailingly courteous, interested in your problems, and is a fascinating person himself. His knowledge of sewing machines alone is impressive, and that is a sideline. If you want a fancy, slick showroom and salespeople who can sell both computers AND vacuum cleaners AND stereo systems, but don't know anything beyond the basics, go somewhere else.

I came in for a warranty repair on a newer Bissell steam vacuum. The owner helped me - he was friendly and extremely knowledgeable. He not only resolved my problem in minutes. He also showed me how to fix the issue next time if I have the same problem again! He has 40 years of experience in this business and it shows. Highly recommend!
We love supporting small, local businesses, and so we love this shop! The owner has been able to fix all of our vacuum problems at an extremely affordable price. So give him a try before you consider buying a new vacuum - he does wonders!
Without a hassle or being at all defensive, the good folks at AAA Vacuum listened to our concerns about a hand vac we bought from them last fall and replaced it even though they couldn't replicate the problems we were having with it. We can still recognize good customer service, even though we don't see it at a lot of places these days. But is is alive and well at AAA Vacuum.
Andy has repaired 2 vacumes and a green machine for me. All great. Good customer service, fun to be with and knows his stuff. Even quilts.
