Brought my daughter to have her eyes checked. I showed up 10 minutes before the appointment but had to wait to have someone sit with my other child while I assisted my daughter in her appointment. So I understand of having to wait an few extra minutes because I wasn’t exactly ready to go in. But not 45 extra minutes. Then when I complain about having to wait that long because I mean who wouldn’t especially if you showed up on time! The nurse proceeds to tell me they overbooked on appointments. First of all that sounds like a personal problem. Second had to wait about another 15 minutes for the doctor. Then at the end of the appointment he proceeds to tell me they overbooked and that if I had an issue I could go somewhere else. AGAIN SOUNDS LIKE A PERSONAL PROBLEM! That’s not my fault you overbooked yourself so why in the world would you even feel the need to come at me that way?? Rude people working here and it was a mistake to even come here in the first place. I could’ve went to Walmart if I wanted to deal with the bologna. Will not be returning.

I scheduled an appt with them two months ago, when I scheduled my appt, I told them why I was coming and gave them my insurance info. I showed up for my appt on time and signed in. When I went in for my appt they told me then that there would be a 150 fee to get fitted for contacts and that it would have to be paid at that time. I decided to leave because no one told me about this prior to my visit. I spoke with my husband while in the parking lot and he offered to pay. When I called back to see if they would still be able to see me, they told me they would have to work me back in and didn’t know how long it would be. I was not able to wait due to having a babysitter for my 4month old. I drove an hour to get to my appointment. I definitely won’t be going back.

Very fast, professional and they really listen to you. Dr. Poindexter is a great site to look at so I highly recommend him to all my gal friends. The pricing is excellent. Best quality of glasses and contacts. Exams are extensive and never painful. Easy appointment and friendly atmosphere and staff. With over 10 years of experience with this company. I absolutely trust them and only them.

In all the years I have been going to physicians, I have never been treated with such disrespect as shown by Dr. Poindexter. I was discussing the very frustrating side effects of one of the medications and his final response was \you're lucky you don't have cancer with all the.........\ I then stopped listening as I was so flustered and appalled. When it came time to booking my follow-up, I said o way.\ I hope I can now forget this ever happened.
