I reached out to Kees to give my business to a home town store. Now, in the end, I hate that I did. I was promised by Arnold I would be receiving a rebate. I was told repeatedly it was being processed by the LG rep. I reached out multiple times in September, October, and November just to be told by Jamie to call LG. When I explained my situation, the rep was supposed to be sending me a check i never received a response back. I believe in honoring your word. I ended up paying more than if i would of just gone to a bigger chain store because they won't make it right and that is disappointing. I expected much more from Kees.

I purchased all new appliances from Kees and am so disappointed that I am now stuck with the worlds worst refriderator Do not buy a kitchen aid fridge the ice maker is AWFUL 6 cubes an hour and takes 12 yes 12 hours to fill the very small ice container. so much for standing behind what you sell
