My brother had passed unexpectedly had been calling places about cremation. Even filled out paperwork for one. When it came time to finalize we found there were hidden charges even after asking for a final quote. Went back on internet and Leaf Cremation was there. So glad I called. They were so helpful and kind as I knew nothing about cremation. There were no hidden charges. Because my brother had been separated but not divorced it made for more problems. They truly are the best. If need services again I will go back to them. Trust is very big on today's time and you can definitely trust what they tell you. Thank you so much Leaf Cremation. You made a difficult thing to do easier with always being kind.

If you need a direct cremation, I highly recommend you speak with Jaime Guzman at Leaf Cremation. I drilled him from start to finish and he remained professional, thorough, and NEVER rushed me on the phone or in person with all of my questions, needs, or issues. \You get what you pay for\ does not apply with this firm. My sister's body was 63 miles away in McDonough and incurred no extra mileage fees. Leaf is close to my home, so it was easy to drop off the check, sign forms and gather her remains. With Covid19 raging, they were busy, but when I mentioned her Celebration of Life at her church was for the weekend, they moved up both her pick-up and cremation dates. Jaime did a great job in getting her obituary posted immediately. When I requested that they take down the link to order flowers, since the family wanted no flowers and for donations to go to a specific charity, they complied and even refunded a couple of purchases that had already been made. What company does such a thing ? And they NEVER showed any negative mannerisms to me or the other family members. Could I be nit-picky and find some areas that Leaf Cremation could improve on, of course. Stay in contact with them through your ordeal. They do a lot with the small staff they have. But as I reflect on the ENTIRE process, we really got our money’s worth, and exceptional personal service, even after-the-sale. The ultimate question as YOU try to decide what to do with your loved one's remains is would we use them again for a direct cremation? Without a doubt, YES!

We've had many deaths in my family, both my brothers, my mom and my dad most recently. My dad's was the first one at Leaf Cremation. They were the very best. We've had a few bad experiences with funeral homes and It's hard to say any experience with the death of a loved one or a funeral home is good but my dad's was, they made it special! Very kind and compassionate. The facility itself is also extremely clean and decorated nice. Their number one, wouldn't go anywhere else!

If I had to choose one word it would be kindness. From the very first phone call to picking up your loved one from them. It doesn't stop there. The random texts afterward are very supportive. It's nice to know someone understands and cares. It's especially appreciated on those days when you feel like no one understands.
