Went in today to do emissions test. No lines. Took me 5 minutes. Then you can get your sticker here too. Very convenient. And team were very polite. Best facility I've been at.

This is my second emissions test that I ever had to do and this time I was trying a new location, so I was nervous especially during the pandemic. This location is big (to me). They have 5 stalls and each stall has two booths or equipment to complete vehicle testing. I came on a Tuesday morning around 745 which was 15 minutes before they opened and there was a line. Before you pull in, there's a digital sign that gives you the approximate waiting time. I assume this was just the morning rush, because by time I left there was no line at all. Once it was 8 AM, they had stalls 1-4 open. The first stall had 2 employees doing testing, the other stalls had 1. The line moved really quickly, the process was smooth and instead of waiting inside of the little office during testing, they have taped x’s marked where to stand or sit. All staff had on masks. Besides the emission testing, you can get your license plate sticker in the office. After you pass the emissions test, they will tell you, but there is also signs at the end of each stall to turn right, to go towards the office and there is additional parking. You can use that paper to get your sticker. To follow CDC regulations and promote social distancing, only two customers are allowed in the cashiers office at a time and outside for the line, they have taped x’s. Inside, they do have hand sanitizer available and there is a protection shield between the cashiers and customers. There is a 7.50 fee to purchase with them, and the office is debit or credit ONLY. Great one-stop “shop” location, very clean, convenient, fast service, and doing a good job during the pandemic.

Got here at 10am on a Saturday on the last day of month. Lines were short. Was in and out in 10 minutes. Really nice lady tested us. Happy w the service. We used to go to the Forest Preserve Drive in Norridge but they closed it down. Now we drive way out of way to get here. Plates stickers are 155 now?!
