Unresponsive, have no idea what customer satisfaction is. I arranged to take an apartment and they left me hanging. Disgusting service

Awful. I understand that if you are offered a relocation package you do not have a lot of choice in the matter, but if you get the option of using ANYONE else, take it. Totally unresponsive, a nightmare to deal with on every little issue. I would also advise landlords not to deal with them, as I hear frustration from the owners of the property as well.
