I was replacing the batteries in my electronic door lock every two weeks so I knew something wasn't right. I placed a service call and the technician (Dave) was outstanding! Not only was he extremely courteous and professional, but after replacing the door lock, he took the time to give me some pointers about my security system. He showed me some shortcuts I wasn't aware of, and he took the time to show me on the website how to make other changes. Not only did I get the door lock replaced, but I gained a considerable amount of knowledge in the process! Excellent service call!

The installer, Jeff, was the consummate professional. Arrived right on time and was courteous and completely unobtrusive during the entire installation. We ran into a slight problem with Bluetooth connectivity and he worked quickly with the ADS tech folks to resolve the issue. The ADS folks that I've dealt with are all very knowledgeable and mature. If you call ADS you get a human rather than a computer. Their alarm response is within seconds based on personal experience. ADS is top notch!
