If I could give ADT 0 stars, I would. We bought the top of the line system and it never worked right. When I called to complain, I was told I had to have a tech out three times before they'd cancel our contract and give us our money back. I had them out FOUR times and the system still didn't work. So they get to keep our money without having to actually provide a system because I refused to continue to waste my time having people come out and tell me there is nothing more they can do. What B.S. We now have a system with a different company and it works great. What was wrong with ADT?!

JT and Eric from ADT did a very professional install in my home. They explained everything very well and was very honest. The install was very straightforward and everything works incredible. Very fast security response times too and this group has great customer service. By far the best security system I have ever owned. Any Alaskan should use ADT installed by this local group! Better than Vivint or any other offering out there. You get what you pay for in this case.
