ADT Came out to inspect my windows doors etc. To see what fit my needs, Everything was going well until I was able to bring down the cash out of pocket price from 1400 to 299.00. The technician was great however the manager who was on the line with tech was very rude. Also made a comment to call back when I could afford to pay 299.00 is this how ADT treats their customers ? I'm in the in home repair business and I will never say that to any of my customers. Very rude very judgmental not a good experience I will definitely pass the word around to friends and family not to waste your time with ADT...

ADT was very attentive to my needs and concerns. Technician answered all my questions and helped me download the phone app, then helped me set it up, explaining how to input info, set up the login and customize the software and hardware to my specific needs. Stephen was great!

Installer was great, but ADT service is expensive. The equipment is expensive, and not any better than the competition as far as I can tell. Everything is under contract and if you opt out they'll charge you upwards of half a grand for a cancelation fee. Go with a cheaper and better service.

Here’s the reason I won’t choose ADT, very unhelpful staff, rude service people who hung up on me when asked about options. I don’t know how to secure my home and if you don’t give your expert opinion and are rude to me, I would go to simplisafe.
