We had a great experience. The technician, Jonathan Cruz, arrived at the appointed time, was very professional and explained the equipment and how it worked in detail. We had some issues with the doorbell camera and interior doorbell. Jon was able to find a solution. We had another company for a number of years and ADT's response time to our request for service was even faster than we had anticipated.

Technician was very polite and friendly. I do feel that all details of the system, including different pricing options, should be discussed prior to the tech. beginning work. Although the supervisor was willing to work things out for us, I felt that I was put in a position of having to make a decision after the fact. All in all, everything worked out well, but we did have a bit of a confusing time untill we were able to work out the details. So far, all the representatives we have talked to have been nice and helpful. We did have an issue with getting the two 100 Visa card that we were promised, but again the reps. worked well to resolve that issue.
It was a great experience. The tech showed up timely, made suggestions we would have otherwise not thought of, installed equipment timely and was all around great to work with.. Great Customer Service..
Canceled with these guys over the phone they said there wouldn’t be any fees to cancel then wow surprise I owe 800 what a scam
We have had ADT for just 4 days. Our installation technician, Alban, did an excellent job explaining everything to us as well as installing the equipment. We are impressed with the service from ADT headquarters as well as the fast responsiveness, which was completely lacking in our previous alarm company. Thank you.
So far the ADT experience has been great. The installer was very friendly and attentive to my needs for a full protection experience. He was fast and effective. We did have one mishap on the install. We did not communicate enough about installing the security equipment for the garage and so there was some minor damage due to the Large door was bolted - since I just moved in and I was still using the garage as storage. He was VERY apologetic and sincere about the mistake. I am so thankful that he was honest and forthcoming about the whole incident. I am still in the process of gathering quotes for the damage claim but feel confident that ADT will fix the damage and time spent for any inconveniences.
The two men were very efficient. The house was in good order when they were finished. I do object to all of the emails. My inbox is full of them everyday. Please cut them back to essentials.. Efficient..
After reviewing the advertisement in several articles and then calling the 800 number I began speaking to professionals immediately. I switched over to a supervisor who was very pleasant and figured points for my installation. Upon installation day, Frank appeared and from the moment he walked in the door, he was very pleasant, friendly and knowledgeable of the ADT systems. It is to be further noted that Frank was not a pushy individual, as he explained the system, and gave us ample time to figure out what we need for our home. Frank installed and explained the entire system to the tee. Quite frankly, I have never worked with a better person that has entered your home to explain and install an item. The only thing that is on back order is a sensor for water in the basement, as we are in a marsh area where the sump pump works over time. I an anxiously waiting for the sensor in the case of a failed sump pump.
