The two young men that were sent to my house to install the alarm system, were Hunter and Chris. Both of these young men were very courteous and very knowledgeable. They were very neat and clean on when they did the job. There was no mess left after they had to install the equipment. They explained the equipment and on what I should have. No pressure on there part as to what was needed. If all of the service techs are this good, then I would highly recommend this company ADT.
The installation went smoothly. The technician was very nice and helpful. I was very happy that it was able to be installed so quickly (from ordering to getting it in the home). The equipment is also easy to use and I like the key fob and app. I use the key fob the most. I feel safer with the added security in my home.
Technician was very courteous and very professional. He was prompt on and on time with his work and did a very good job. After the installation he thoroughly explained How to set the alarm and make the necessary adjustments and phone numbers to call if needed to ADT. I was very pleased with the overall experience.

The installation was great, the installer, Jeff was wonderful. I had some concerns about the pricing, which was different then what I was told over the phone, and contacted ADT for clarification.. Jeff should get a raise!
